sunsets...

From being the otherwise annoying cliched event, to me spending endless hours watching the sky change shades with my mood.....and then some

Some of these you can watch from a distance and take forever to frame the bigger picture

a half hour trek up the escape route at koh phi phi, one strange yummy ice candy, an annoying glare from the sun, jack johnson by my side and two hours later ...... worth the wait

A 5 hour trek and two nasty shoe bites later this was the best my phone could get.

I stood in the water and felt the sand melt away from under my feet.

My feet sank deep enough so the waves couldn't move me.

This is one of my favorite feelings.

Heading back from Phi Phi Leh on a thrilling speed boat ride.

Stopped for a moment to soak it in and drove back watching it disappear in the distance.

Good times!

The days you never want to leave the ocean... Even after the sun's taken it away.

For those of you who haven't seen this one before.
....so we pulled over at the end of the road. This was no bed in the street; but layers of sack cloth piled over a giant supply of ice for the weekend.

I'm sure you've seen more interesting menu cards- but this one caught my attention...i say for no reason in particular..

So i traded the profile for the label... maybe next time i'll try the right angle

So much for fishing things out of the water...i said i'll never do it again unless i was gonna eat it.

No photoshop...this one's all of the purple you see. And yeah, for those who think it's posing for me; this is what crabs do when they're tired of being chased around. "Back off buddy"
